Please fill out this form to reserve a bike for your trip. After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your rental details.

Bicycle sizing chart with measurements for sizes 2XS to 2XL, rider height in centimeters and inches, and inseam in centimeters and inches.

  • Step 1: Reservation

    Reserve your bike in advance by contacting MT Bike Ubon Ratchathani to specify the date, time, quantity, and any special requirements through any of our channels. You can also book directly on our website by visiting the Rental tab.

  • Step 2: Pick-up day

    Please prepare a passport for each rented bike (1 bike per person). Choose your preferred payment method. We accept cash and banktransfers. Please note that a deposit of 5,000 THB per bike is required upon pick-up.

  • Step 3: Return

    We expect you to return the bicycle in perfect condition, with all equipment intact, and on time. If you wish to extend your rental period, please inform us in advance via phone or email. Otherwise, a late fee of 450 THB per day will apply.

5 Rules for Safe Cycling 🚴‍♂️

  1. Ride on the road and only use the sidewalk when necessary.

  2. Always ride on the left side of the road.

  3. Be cautious when cycling on sidewalks. Watch out for pedestrians and ride slowly near the roadside.

  4. Children under 13 years old are not allowed to rent a bicycle.

  5. Follow safety rules

📌 Damage & Replacement Fee Policy 🚲

If any parts of the bicycle are damaged during the rental period, the renter will be charged the actual replacement cost based on the shop’s selling price.

Example Pricing for Repairs:

  • Flat inner tube (150 THB per piece) → Charge 150 THB

  • Broken chain → Charged based on the actual price of the specific chain model

  • Damaged bike light → Charged according to the shop’s selling price

If the bicycle is lost, the renter must pay the full price of the bike as listed in the shop’s selling catalog.
